Good pay and benefits. Can't think of anything else.

Management (managers not leaders, no transpareny, no control over team). Toxic team. Management not taking responsibility and protecting new staff from the toxic team environment. Burying their heads in the sand, allowing it to continue and being defensive when confronted about it. Work arrangements in my team were not flexible. Had to pay for parking at office.
