We appreciate your feedback. We are glad that you liked the smart and motivated team members, access to executives, and the perks. We work very hard to recruit the quality talent and we are very proud of them. The kind of work we do has two components – optimization algorithms and packing of these algorithms into complete applications. We focus on optimization algorithms in the US office and focus on packaging algorithms into applications in our overseas offices. We do that to reduce the cost of development and make our software more affordable to our clients. We are working on improving the work-life balance and have started conversations with our team members on what can we do to improve on this front.
