      Projects are some times planned with tight deadlines, but this is part of job, sometime life is relax sometime on high speed train. I guess this is part of life otherwise the life will be monotonous.

      We appreciate your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed your period at Optym. We will take your advice about talking to our team seriously. We will request all supervisors to periodically talk to their team and inquire what can be done for them to contribute their best so that it helps the company and also their professional growth. Our HR Managers will also meet all team members.

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
