      You would have opportunity to drive the things beyond the limit. No hierarchy to approach to senior. People around you is very talented and helpful, because of that you will get a productive environment to work. Good perks and benefit, no doubt on compensation as well.

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
