Nepotism, favoritism, do not take criticism well at all, very fast and loose with money and dismissive about financial status of the company. No HR, and when there IS HR they're only around for a few months becausethe ceo doesn't like being told what to do. People are overworked with no overtime, missing family vacations, holidays, and even the birth of their children. This is praised and encouraged by management. Many managers have no business in their positions, as they are not qualified. Rampant sexism, transphobia, homophobia, and racism. Can't file anonymous complaints because it is seen as cowardly and ridiculed. CEO is EXTREMELY out of touch with reality. Do not pay employees fairly, and lied about increase in pay with relocation to big city. Be ready to have your work ridiculed and receive no constructive criticism. All they want is silent worker bees who fall in line, speaking out is discouraged and those who do are taken care of. "Company culture" is an absolute joke. Multiple occasions of being told one is doing well only to discover later you're not. Rampant dishonesty.
