Optym is a very diverse company with employees from over 20 countries. This helped create a unique company culture that fosters an ambiance of understanding, and openness. We have a flat hierarchy and the senior management is very approachable. In fact, the CEO knows everyone by name. A great deal of time and energy is spent in recruiting new team members as they need to be a good fit both from a technical and cultural standpoint. Consequently, you get to work with the best minds across the country in the field of Computer Science and Operations Research. Our office space is easily one of the best in the state of Florida. The headquarters in Gainesville, FL offers a very welcoming, peaceful and eco-friendly place to work. Our designers have done a fabulous job in crafting it to perfection and infused our core motto of "Live Efficiently" in every corner of the building. We have had amazing growth in the last couple of years with regards to team size and revenue. I enjoy coming to work and strongly recommend our company to anyone with a go-getter attitude and buckets full of ambition (not to forget sound technical skills) to make the world a better place to live in through "Decision Automation".

This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
