Vantaggi
Nice people I guess? Open to hiring literally anyone?
Svantaggi
I applied to the job randomly on my job hunt and after two zoom interviews (one with the “CEO,” one with my potential manager), I was hired. The interview process was essentially just them selling me on the company and over compensating for the lack of legitimacy and professionalism. They said a lot with out saying anything at all. The role was advertised as a marketing position, so it was odd that they’d even hire me, given I have no experience in marketing and a degree in psychology. I accepted the position without knowing any better, then did my research. Here what I found… It’s 100% a fake company. Pretty sure they change their company name every few months when they realize people are catching on to them. The pay is $700 a week (~$30k/year). The job is selling AT & T phones to people, standing inside a Costco. That’s literally it. Not an office job. After I was hired, I never got an official offer letter, no follow up, they didn’t ask for my I-9 info. I was applying as a recent college grad with a degree from an accredited university, the guy who interviewed me as my potential future manager is 20 years old with the education of one semester at a community college. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY!!
