- working at home - immediate managers are decent, cannot say the same for higher up in the food chain who are out of touch with what we do - no dress code - good co-workers who are willing to assist

- no flex time, strict 8:30 to 5:30 shift - no training where we can be more effective in our work and the lack of documentation - also overseas colleagues don't do their work and we in the US not only have to do our own work but do their work as well - management chain is overseas and their favoritism to workers in India and Egypt over the Americans is obvious - mandatory certifications but no time to prepare for them and we are expected to work for them in our own time - SDM (Sales Development Managers) getting involved in our work and will throw us under the bus to look good to the customer - mandatory weekend work, only consolation is OT pay but we are expected to do at least one or two Sat/Sun's per month due to lack of headcount
