Fierce internal competition to work accounts in saturated territory. Blatant favoritism of top reps. Less than 10% of reps hit quota. Might be closer to 5-7%. If you aren’t performing well, they will treat you poorly until you quit instead of helping you improve. Extremely difficult to prospect into strong fit accounts because hundred of reps work the same territory.
