The best reasons to work there are the people, they are very supportive and understanding. Met some of my closest friends there and had some great memories. The position is not too difficult and engaging enough to keep anyone occupied.

There's a lot of deadline work and sometimes overtime is required to make ends meet. Work may be repetitive with very little change in the way of processes. The benefits were minimal when I was there, hopefully, that changed for the better but it hardly felt like there was any coverage at all.
