Management was disorganized when it came to last minute initiatives. They would also leave the advertisers hanging when we would do fire sales and not guarantee color, placement, or if their ad would run at all. The advertisers had trust in the sales reps but lost trust in the company and publication as a result of this. Unrealistic sales goals, they also got rid of digital solutions a while back and then they brought them back leaving a bad taste in the customers mouth from the first time. They try to do everything in advertising but it is executed poorly and sloppy. With the last regime of Kushner before the bankruptcy they made a lot of empty promises on making it better rather than focusing on the core audience in the OC they got greedy and tried to expand outside of OC thus leading to their decline.
