      It's a European brand , they have stability and a long rich hostory. Also it's the bicycle industry and they pay fair.

      Svantaggi

      The product was unpredictable and many times communication with the home office about how to fix it wasn't possible.

      Easy going, fun workplace, flexible-ish hours, decent compensation, low stress, good employees

      Managed from Spain, occasional culture clash with remote management, helps to be bilingual, complex software, sales force sometimes prefers forgiveness to permission, some of the local management are forced to wear too many hats, benefits are available but not comparable to similar businesses (no 401k, for example)
