Fabulous company with a big heart - it's about the people and experiences not the profits first. You are more than just a number here. Able to speak your mind and bring new thoughts and ideas to the team / management. CEO genuinely cares and is very accessible. They try to get everyone out traveling and reward hard work. Very supportive work environment.

None at all honestly. I spent a long time here and at first it was good. Well, they accommodate your dietary preferences if you're vegan. That's about it.

A lot. No annual cost of living adjustments even though the company is making money hand over fist and bragging about it. Lots of changes that made the company worse like new tech that was horrible to use. Managers would often gossip about employees, especially at the twice a year meetups. Lots of public shaming for clerical errors and mistakes and passive aggressive behavior. Managers also had clear favorites and had their own clique and if you weren't in it you would be at a disadvantage. Constantly increasing workload and the pay doesn't go up. No sick days so you have to use your limited PTO if you are sick. The people on the phone were also micromanaged to death. The pay is also low compared to a lot of jobs and competitors.
