Been working in sales for a year. Company is expanding so there's lot's of room to growth. Culture is very friendly and open. I really like working here.

No cons to report so far.

Pay is good during their peak season, but that is only four months out of the year. That's about it.

NO BENEFITS. Pretty much everyone at Orbund is from India or Indian. Even though they hire caucasians to sell their product, I don't think they like them very much. If you're a woman on top of that then just forget it your opinion doesn't mean jack & they seem almost irritated when you speak. Management team consist of the owner that spreads himself so thin you can go weeks without speaking to him, and two others that are his friends & family & know having no experience for the position they have at Orbund. This company violates about every employee right possible, and if you bring it to their attention they retaliate. They lose more clients then they can gain, and do just about everything backwards from every company I have ever worked for. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
