They do not value talents, only care about if you blindly follow orders and do what you are told to "eliminate their opponents" in the office, Highly political. 2. No career progress. No training or workshops organised to help staff equip with the latest trends. 3. The Management has no strategic directions / vision. No wonder their stock price is constantly low.
