Svantaggi
During my time at the company, role boundaries were often unclear. Although I was hired in a technical IT role, I was expected to simultaneously perform the responsibilities of multiple positions (which wasn't communicated during the hiring process). These included IT administration and infrastructure management, pre-sales activities such as client presentations and sales follow-ups, software implementation and deployment, application support, CRM development, and data migration projects among many other things. In many organizations, these responsibilities would typically be divided among several specialized roles rather than assigned to a single employee. Employees (including myself) were sometimes expected to assist with matters extending beyond the company's business activities, including work connected to the owner's personal affairs and properties. In my view, this blurred the line between professional responsibilities and personal requests. Management and HR communication were often unprofessional. Concerns were sometimes addressed publicly rather than privately, creating an uncomfortable work environment. Employees were also expected to remain available and responsive to clients even during approved leave or holidays, which made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In my experience, the overall technical maturity of the organization was lower than expected. This often led to inefficiencies, knowledge gaps, and an overreliance on a small number of employees to handle specialized technical work. Compensation did not reflect the breadth of responsibilities expected from employees. The combination of below-market pay, unclear role definitions, excessive workload expectations, and unprofessional management practices made the work environment difficult to recommend. Overall, I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking clearly defined responsibilities, professional management, competitive compensation, strong technical leadership, opportunities for growth, or a healthy work-life balance.
