IN MY OPINION: - Low pay, leadership shows up to work in $80,000 cars. - Leadership touts "open door" policy, but in reality decisions are made by one or two executive leaders and forced throughout company. - Company is ran with an "on-the-go" style. Decisions are made without data analysis. - Company refuses to move forward with changing times and does things simply because its the way they've been done in the past, regardless of how financially sound the decision is. - Nepotism is rampant and family members hold jobs regardless of performance and are often promoted. - Career growth is stagnant unless you are part of the coveted sales team. - Executive management has oversold products that were not ready for market and vastly under delivered. - Senior team members often hold jobs because of family atmosphere, not for contributions to company. - 401k "match" is designed so that those with the biggest contributions are matched the most. - Employees are able to get away with poor performance and unprofessional behaviors & promotions are given based on buddy system. - Leadership has grandeur visions for the future, but no idea how to get there. Execution is not the issue because there is no plan to execute.
