There is an atmosphere where differences and individuality are looked down on. A team atmosphere does not exist, rather if one tries to step forward and bring the team together or socialize, it is seen as a threat to management. Forget having a bad day or going through family or medical issues while employed here. There is no compassion, understanding, or willingness to support an employee or coworker. The only folks that will find success in this company are bullies and self-centered narcissists. If that is you - feel free to apply. All others - avoid this company like the plague. It is so bad, I will no longer purchase many wood products at Home Depot that is produced or supplied by this company.
