Lack of support from management (don't get me wrong, brilliant people just very busy).

Strong nursing union, market leading compensation, amazing retirement/pension, remote flexibility, great teamwork

Workload can be high at times, disconnected management, hard to find comparable pay for additional opportunities due to high total compensation/retirement benefits.
