This company will take the serious time to train all it's employees to perform their duties to their greatest potential because they care about the success of all its employees. Worked at the US branch, and it's a disaster. Rotten corporate culture, bad managers, ratio of manager to employee is nearly 1:1, there is nepotism, you name it.
