Work was not sexy but the people were great and the job kept me challenged for almost 6 years. I got promoted twice. I made a ton of friends at Organic.

Leadership was disconnected from people

The people used to be amazing here, so smart, so talented. They have all been laid off.

Everyone has been laid off, they are hiring cheaper workers from off shore, clients have all dropped the agency.
