high workload, had an analysis to do for the following day for a important directors meeting ,worked until 5am, executive told me people work late because they manage bad their times no HR team in Switzerland high salary discrepancy inside team got called out in a meeting for saying what everyone knew was true but team was refusing to face, really political environment, directors/executives trying to keep status quo and hide from bad news instead of tackling issues they hire secretaries, marketing and people from random backgrounds to do jobs in other areas, then the worker doesn't have the knowledge to do the work, is not trained, does work inefficiently and other have to train, correct their work for months on end, several cases of lack of knowledge and interest even after 6 months on the job, still creating issue for colleague that have to pick up the slack cringy, forget to hire by knowledge, creating a super stressful environment for the few people that are knowledgeable.
