      Fantastic products in amazing places all over the world. Colleagues were generally a great team and very dedicated to looking after the clients.

      Salaries are at the low end of the industry and there was limited opportunity for advancement. Company was under so much financial pressure (from the very top, at HQ in London) that every business decision came down to cost.

      sometimes hard to receive salary increases and bonus structures tend to delay year after year. occasional communication pauses with operations and sales can be a challenge
