There is nothing called as Salary Review. Don't expect any growth if you have joined without a Godfather in the Top position. There are people rotting here for years without any hikes and the surprise is they are very happy. This place is not suited for people in the age bracket of 25-40 who are looking for career growth - you would be wasting your time here.
