Flexible work schedule, work-from-home (important to note that this occurred during CoVID). Very accomodating mentor. No pre-requisite knowledge required, a safe space. Was guided through everything before being given tasks. Got to experience a variety of tasks in only four weeks. It was a very fun experience! We were always asked to contribute our ideas. Feedback given to mentors was taken seriously. The emphasis of "collaboration" in advertising was very much there. Intern experience is taken seriously and made clear.

No payment - though that is understandable. Slight overlap in work given, lack of continuity in tasks started.
