      Working in a start up is a fun and exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a new challenge. I've learnt that no day is like the last and the opportunity to grow as a employee is vast. New challenges arise everyday and must be solved by you and your small team. The majority of work is problem shooting, teamwork and being creative with budgets and tasks.

      As it is a start up and the team is smaller there is greater responsibility on individuals to step up and play multiple roles in the company (I really enjoy this). Roles are not clearly defined and sometimes there is duplication of work, otherwise it is great.
