Turned sour started hiring new people,friends of friends,Nazi like management producers,became very competitive among new folks,not older person friendly,Boys club,ageism,bullying,the shows are suffering now,once you get on one persons bad side thats the end for you, even if someone lies,doesn't like taking chances
