First there was a false incentives commitment made by the management. Incentive told to me on the phone and after I joined was diff. There is no professionalism, no proper induction. And the main problem for me immediately leaving the company was the email from management. There were 10 to 15 points which I remember were in that email which was titled "Last Warning." As per the manager he had noticed below things in the office-- Recruiters use toilets again and again. - (i felt it ridiculous and surprising.) Recruiters don't keep mobile in mobile box. Use of mobiles is not allowed here. (Only manager can use mobile.) Recruiters watching linkedin videos--(i saw that they have all sites blocked, then why to write this. There has to be some leverage). Recruiters talking to each other. Restriction on use of AC Recruiters not following break timings. They have 2 10 mins break in the whole day. Recruiters don't work last 30 mins of the day. There is so much micro management, they also have cameras.

The company’s primary focus is to reduce any and all onshore presence by replacing U.S.-based teams with offshore staff. Many offshore hires are brought in with zero vetting — I’ve even seen duplicate (fake) and exact copy-paste résumés submitted accidentally. Onshore employees are tasked with training their replacements and then released with little to no support or recognition any amount of seniority = 2 weeks severance or less. Recognition and advancement is for offshore leadership only, Almost all high level leadership is offshore and are hostile toward onshore leadership and partners. Leadership discussions like town hall meetings consistently revolve around the CEO talking solely on revenue and upcharge billing opportunities, finding ways to bill more to the customer as the goal with little attention paid to quality, innovation, or employee morale.
