Majority of managers do not even know what their direct-reports are working on, yet they hold TWO review cycles in a year with no development plan or goals discussion.
- They acquired a LATAM based company for cheap developers so they can beat their competitors on price, while firing a major chunk of Canadian developers.
- Sales only knows how to talk but not sell anything. So many engineers on the bench, yet they can't sell a project even if their lives depended on it. Poor sales performances, yet they always end up getting promoted.
- They clearly have a group of favourites who can never do anything wrong.
