Toxic work environment. Office in London Ontario picks favourites and treats everyone else poorly based off of preference and not capabilities. Incompetent office staff doing scheduling and some management with severe anger issues. Multiple times daily manager screams at staff, causing staff to not feel comfortable going to him with issues. Poor training and lack of guidance for new hires. Multiple human rights violations. Supplied with broken machinery on a daily basis. During the pandemic we were not supplied with enough gloves to do our job properly and keep us safe. No follow through with staff that cut corners and do poor work. Schedulers giving priority to family members doing pest control while managers watch and do nothing about it. Layoffs based on favouritism and not seniority.
