Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to pass this over to the executive team and take actions to continue in our process to make some positive changes.
For example, in the past year and a half we being able to reduce the turnover by adding great benefits and perks, communicating better and having more defined goals and objectives.
Our top priority is our employees. They are our most valuable asset and because of that we always treat them with respect and in a very professional manner. We have tried to make people who work outside Canada feel that they are as important as the employees that are here, that is why we are implementing similar benefits and be competitive in the market. Everyone contributes to the success of this great company!
