No guidance. Poor compensation plan. Expect to work at minimal 6 days a week. Low salary for a rsm compared to other companies. Worst training of any company I’ve worked at. Ever changing decisions that reflect poorly on strong employees with little feedback. Marketing, HR and executives are out of touch and hands off but determine your job status. Very small company with a LOT of gossip.
