- Small company. Office politics seems to be magnified because of the size. Not a big deal, just distracting.
- Grumbling co-workers. There seem to be a few vocal complainers. There is a lot of work to be done. If people focused on doing the job rather than complaining, it would make for a happier workplace for everyone.
Leadership. What is positive can also be negative. There has been lots of change in the senior team lately, and that makes people nervous. But they seem to be very aligned and working well together.
