Working at Orthobond has been a great experience. The core technology has lots of potential across a number of fields, and the organization's mission is easy to get behind. Very impressed with the group of scientists and executives leading the company. Everyone is very dedicated and it shows.

They have a habit of hiring people as permanent employees and then cutting their positions when the money starts running low. There is a lack of strong management and inadequate company direction. It is an "everyone for themselves" type of environment. They have the expectation that you should do whatever it takes but offer very little in return. Low salaries, inadequate benefits.
