Fair on yearly vacation. Lots of overtime if you want it.

Pay is lowest in area. Lot of favoritism by top management. Management is not honest. We were bought by Integer, everyone knows they are closing us, but management insists on telling us we are fine!! meanwhile lay off after lay off, right afterwards same speech, no more lay offs!! In the mean time they expect us to do the same amount of work with less people. Just had a big lay off affecting all areas but engineering, instead they get a $5000 check to go out to celebrate.....what is wrong with this picture?
