* VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE, forcing inexperienced techs to have to train even less experienced techs
* Management actually valued speed over quality and there was a lot of conflict of interest
* Management would schedule far more processes within a shift than would be physically possible if following all SOPs properly. This resulted in a lot of mandatory overtime and shady practices!!
* No work life balance, expect everyone to be burned out and overworked
* While most people were great, there were a select few that relied on intimidation and fear and would bully less experienced techs. Management protected these toxic people and it led to a very stressful work environment.
* No such thing as weather days. Does not matter how bad the weather is, you are still expected to show up to work. There were some days were multiple coworkers have gotten into accidents just trying to get to work in severe weather.
* There were multiple occasions where the paychecks were not done properly and people missed out on getting paid for all of their overtime they worked. Make sure you double check your paychecks to see they make sense!!
