Small bussiness, can wear multiple hats

I have been working at Oteemo for over 5 years and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience as an employee. I was originally drawn in by the CEO’s vision and I have seen the light throughout my entire career journey here. The company is small enough that I am able to clearly see that my daily work is actually making an impact on the big picture. I really like the internal opportunities to showcase my work and be recognized for my efforts in driving the vision of the company. During my time here, I have been held to a high standard of delivery excellence but have also had resources all around me supporting me and helping me as I’ve faced challenges. At Oteemo, I am given the opportunity to learn from my mistakes and become a stronger professional along the way. Oteemo has a great story and overall mission and I am proud to be a part of a team of amazing people working on exciting technical projects.

At times the work can be very demanding and I may have to work outside of normal business hours. However, I am fine with that every now and again because sometimes that is needed and I can see the impact of my hard work once I’ve made those sacrifices.
