Not even sure they're aware how negative the situation is. - Stagnant product, not keeping up with competition. Lack of vision or strategy from the top. - No real effort to support careers aspirations. - Management / founder ruining what otherwise might have been a great place to work. - Business failing - considering the above it's not hard to understand why.
