4yWe’d like to thank you for taking a moment to share this great bit of feedback.
We fully appreciate there is a thin line between ambiguity and chaos, where it can feel like we are all running around.However we are pleased with the results and the difference that we are all making in the work we deliver. As our teams grow and our company matures we are sure that we will exchange some of the chaos for a bit more order/structure at the same time we are still small enough to be able to embrace that ambiguity and entrepreneurial spirit that makes us a great place to work.
We are actually working on our job architecture and salary levelling project within our People and Culture team, but thank you for highlighting your concerns here about our competitiveness. At least it means we are on the right track by addressing this.
