There are no Pros to working at Ottimate

Ottimate is the most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. Goals are consistently raised to become unachievable, resources and support will be taken away from you, and most employees are afraid they will lose their job so they are encouraged to point blame at others to save themselves. The worst part though is the CEO. He constantly yells at employees and belittles them, eventually firing them to try and clean up the mess he has made.
