They offer good schedules sometimes, the pay is not that bad when you consider you´re just chatting, no dress code, and the people there are good.

Supervisors are not professional at all, you get a lot of pressure on top of you to sell, if you do something or don´t sell the product during a chat it´s always going to be your fault, in fact, all projects and the way that the QA and metrics are designed is precisely to blame the chat agent if anything happens. They´ll fire you very quickly instead of looking for alternatives.
