The mountains and the Alpsee lake right on the doorstep. Colleagues who draw you outside for hiking, climbing, swimming, cycling, beach volleyball,... Not to forget the good food (we regularly cook each other vegetarian meals), the good air (the cleanest air in Germany), lots of exercise, light, contact with nature, social relationships. I think it is this healthy mixture that shapes our modern working and living environment and makes it so extraordinary.
