Good pay especially when bonuses are good.

Very few leads actually lead. Most don't realize that a lead should be a WORKING supervisor not standing around. They think you live to work instead of working to live.

9+ hours a day every day but friday. Hard work.

Most leads don't lead. They just walk around telling you to work harder. Management doesn't manage well unless it concerns their own pay or life or friends. Harassment issues everywhere in the plant. Pay is ok if you hit bonus, but rarely happens. Misleading. Lying. Drinking and drug use on the property and ignored. Deceitful. They will tell you things to get you hired and then twist yours and their words when questioned about it.
