Good people to work for. Steady, consistent employment. Bennies.

Long hours. Lots of mandatory overtime. Vacations after 3 years. Not family oriented .

9+ hours a day every day but friday. Hard work.

Most leads don't lead. They just walk around telling you to work harder. Management doesn't manage well unless it concerns their own pay or life or friends. Harassment issues everywhere in the plant. Pay is ok if you hit bonus, but rarely happens. Misleading. Lying. Drinking and drug use on the property and ignored. Deceitful. They will tell you things to get you hired and then twist yours and their words when questioned about it.
