I regret to say that my experience at the support desk was quite frustrating. Despite being given training courses, there was a lack of guidance and minimal work to do. What was most disheartening was that new employees were consistently assigned tasks, while those of us who had been there for a significant amount of time were left without any work at all. This situation persisted for three months, during which I was repeatedly assured of my strong potential as a candidate, but I never received any tasks to work on. The lack of response from quality management was equally disappointing, as my attempts to communicate the issue were met with silence. It seemed that people were arbitrarily assigned work, while the rest of us were left in a state of limbo, desperately hoping for tasks to come our way. This experience was mentally draining, and it's unfortunate that the support desk failed to address these issues effectively.or tasks.
