The most horrible workplace to work at. The leader of the organisation has no leadership qualities. Extremely manipulative, aggressive and micromanaging. Makes personal comments and has no ethics about code of conduct in a professional environment. Will play mind games to assert dominance. The other staff is too scared to say anything or fed up to a point of having given up. Everybody leaves as soon as they find something else owing to the horrible pay, work life balance and mental harassment.
