Successful biotech company that makes decisions fast and intelligently, and has extremely promising tech. Good work life balance and culture. Lots of trust in scientific staff and they hire the right people.

Running really lean, but company is prioritizing the right things as they develop.

The company culture is taken seriously and it shows in how welcoming and positive it is. Constructive feedback in my experience is not only accepted but thanks are given for that feedback. The company is full of a diverse set of individuals who are bright, hardworking, and fun to be around.

The pace of work in some roles is quite fast, though not necessarily unreasonably so.
