If you are applying for AE then well and good, because the current AE team and the head of the team is really great in bringing the best out of an individual. Team is under great leadership as of now.

When it comes to Tech, revops and Sdrs, the system of hiring and firing works for them better, SDRs are being judged and recently many were fired, very poor leadership who has no idea how Saas works rather looks only for numbers and building pressure. No support or push for the team, micromanaging, lot of add on works which is really not required for the process. Rep who is struggling needs to supported or moulded, but they prefer to fire right away and recruit a new guy and again start from the scratch. They give a smile and throw you out even you have worked for 3 years

Challenges and struggles throughout upper leadership related to startups typical issues, as Outplay finds it's footing to step into the next stage of blast off. Furthermore, there is a tendency for most of the team to 'push' themselves, and in some instances, leaders to their team(s), to go a little further. This is to be expected and can good in moderation. Often even necessary as a start-up. But for some, it can lead to burn-out and related issues.

As an up and coming startup, there are always growing pains. These are typically in the areas of change and change management. So far, Outplay seems to have a good grasp on this risk and has excellent leadership in place to address and mitigate accordingly. Opportunity for improvement exists in the onboarding process for development within your specific role. I feel it could be a bit more formal and structured. Outside of that, nothing that isn't common for a company at this stage of growth.
