Good Old Fashion Company - Recensione dipendente - Counselor presso Outreach Development

Outreach is a very mission driven organization. They have an awesome Outreach Training Institute. My experience has been positive. The current CEO is a wonderful person who cares about the staff and clients served. The executive team is diverse, and I like that because in the past it was not as diverse.

There is an opportunity to grow within this agency.

The pay is low and almost insulting to staff that is overqualified.
