5 AM walk ins for jobsites, low commision tiers, recruiter has everything put on them and if you get a bad manager you are screwed. They lie and tell you they move you up fast when in reality it all depends on your market and how many Sales and Account Managers there are. Base is horrible and have fun being on your phone 24/7 after work and being told by your manager to "have your computer open on the half days and weekends just in case". Also not to mention ZERO company culture. Half the sales guys didn't even show up to the Christmas party lol. Would give a negative review if I could. The President Steve is actually a decent guy but probably isn't aware on the main issues present. Should incorporate company culture and maybe people would wake up excited to work there.
